the process
1. Initial consultation
We begin with a conversation about your current situation, what you are experiencing, and where you would like to gain understanding or support.
2. Selecting the sample
A suitable body sample, such as blood or saliva, is selected according to the Cluster Medicine process and your individual situation.
3. Laboratory analysis
The sample and necessary information are sent to the Meat Cluster laboratory in Germany where the substance is crystallized and its patterns are analyzed.
From this analysis, a Cluster Code and an individual Numerical Sequence, known as the NSQ, are created.
4. Pattern comparison & report
Once the report is ready, we meet in person or online to review the information together. In this step, your plan is defined and translated into practical language for you.
5. Results consultation
The crystallization patterns and the NSQ are compared with the Cluster database. This comparison is used to identify relevant remedies and therapy recommendations.
An individual report is then prepared based on the results.
6. Your personalized plan
Depending on the report, your plan may include:
an individually spagyric spray (Essence Cluter)
personalized sound files
a visual or image cluster
lifestyle & recovery recommendations
food or nutritional suggestions
breathing, movement, or awareness exercises
questions for reflection
Not every person receives every element. The plan is selected according to your report, health situation, preferences, and capacity.
-
Within the Cluster Medicine framework, a report may consider themes connected with:
physical regulation and metabolism
stress and emotional load
lifestyle and recovery
eating patterns and nutritional support
recurring reactions or behavioral patterns
relationships and social circumstances
personal resources and areas of resilience
The report does not establish a medical diagnosis. Any medical concern should be investigated using appropriate recognized medical tests.
7. Follow-up and review
-
You’ve tried talk therapy, bodywork, or self-help—but something still feels stuck. Cluster goes deeper, working with the energetic and emotional roots that other methods may not reach.
-
Whether you’re experiencing grief, identity shifts, physical illness, or emotional change. Cluster can help stabilize and support you through the unknown.
-
Explore the connections between your emotions, physical symptoms, and life patterns. Cluster reveals hidden links between what you feel and what your body carries—helping you reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supported way.
-
And you need a method that meets you at that level. Cluster is subtle, precise, and deeply attuned to your energy field and emotional landscape.
-
Cluster removes the pressure to analyze or fix yourself. You’ll be gently guided with a clear, personalized path forward.
-
You don’t need to “do the work” alone. This method supports you without demanding mental effort or emotional processing.
During the process, you can note changes in sleep, energy, emotions, and everyday patterns. Some changes may be subtle, while others may be clearer.
During the follow-up consultation, we review your experience and decide the next steps for your support.

After sending a sample substance to the Cluster lab, you’ll receive a personalized report and therapy plan. The duration of treatment varies depending on your individual needs and the results of your analysis.
Some clients feel changes quickly within just a few weeks; for others, the process is more gradual. You’ll be guided throughout, and your plan can be adjusted along the way.
