    Every class is crafted to offer you something—whether it’s strength, stillness, clarity, or release. With a diverse schedule ranging from core-focused Pilates and mobility training to deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and sound bath, you’ll find the right practice for whatever you need that day.

    Our focus is on your experience: each session is an invitation to shift, explore, and leave feeling different than when you arrived. All within an atmosphere intentionally designed to support transformation—inside and out.

  • What to Expect

    We provide the mats—just bring a water bottle and towel, and store your belongings in our cubbies. After class, take a moment to refresh in our calm and welcoming space. In summer, keep an eye out for the new restaurant opening right next door—perfect for post-class hangs, nourishing meals, or a moment to linger.

    No machines, no distractions—just the power of your own body. With the support of essential tools like the magic ring, Pilates ball, free weights, and yoga blocks, every session refines control, builds focus, and deepens your connection to movement.

    At 369, we know that pregnancy is more than a physical experience—it’s emotional, energetic, and deeply personal.

    Our prenatal offerings are designed to support you on every level. From gentle mobility classes that ease tension and keep your body feeling fluid, to deeply restorative sessions like Yoga Nidra and guided meditation to help you rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

    Each class is rooted in mindfulness, body awareness, and your unique rhythm—whether you’re joining a group session or looking for private, one-on-one support. We’re here to nurture both you and your baby.
