Our sessions are designed by therapist and movement specialist Brandi Hurst, in close collaboration with our teachers. They’re built to help your body let go of stored stress, build real strength, and come back to balance with ease—on the mat and in daily life.

At 369, we teach you how to work open that system, you move with more range and control, your mind feels clearer, and you feel alive in your body.
