what makes us different.
Holistic & complementary therapy
At 369 each session begins with what feels most present for you.
Conversation, holistic kinesiology, and complementary therapeutic tools work together to reveal what your mind, emotions, and body are communicating.
The process is personal, responsive, and guided by what emerges in the session. Together, we create greater clarity, new ways of responding, and meaningful shifts that become visible in your relationships, choices, emotions, and everyday life.
A session shaped around you
You don’t need to arrive with a full explanation
You may know exactly what you want to work on. You may only know that something feels difficult, repetitive or out of balance. Either way, we begin with what feels most important to you and explore it together.
-
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Long pants are ideal (e.g. yoga pants).
If possible, arrive with a small buffer. A few minutes before and after helps you settle and get more from the work.
A light meal more than an hour beforehand is usually best. Hydrate normally.
Avoid heavy perfume. This is helpful if we use essential oils during your session.
-
I work primarily in English and German. Depending on your needs, we can also use Spanish, French, or Italian in a simple, functional way.
Where to begin
You may be ready to:
Understand why certain situations affect you so strongly
Feel steadier when life becomes demanding
Change a response or pattern that no longer works for you
Reconnect with your confidence, clarity, or sense of direction
Work with physical and emotional signals together
Prepare mentally for an important change, challenge, or goal
Help your child or teenager feel more secure and capable
Learn practical ways to support yourself between sessions
How the methods work together
A client may arrive feeling unable to switch off before an important presentation. We might use kinesiology to explore how the body responds to the situation, conversation to understand the surrounding experiences, and mental training to practice a steadier and more effective response. If the difficulty is part of a broader or more complex health picture, Cluster Medicine may provide an additional structured perspective.
The methods are tools. The therapy is the process we create around you.
-
Listen to the information held in the body.
Holistic kinesiology combines conversation, movement and gentle muscle testing to explore how your system responds to thoughts, experiences, and stress. Changes in muscle tension provide body-based feedback, helping us identify areas of stress, understand their wider context, and select techniques that support awareness, self-regulation, and more flexible responses.
The muscle test is not a test of strength, a diagnosis, or something you can pass or fail. It is used as a communication tool within the therapeutic process, allowing us to include the body’s responses alongside what can be understood through conversation.
Depending on what emerges, a session may include breathing, movement, acupressure points, sound, guided reflection, and other balancing techniques. This body- and process-oriented approach allows us to work with patterns through both conscious awareness and physical experience.
-
A deeper approach to activate your body's ability to adapt.
Cluster Medicine is a highly personalized method that has the potential to reach patterns across the body, emotions, behavior, and the way the mind responds to life. Using individually matched informational and frequency-based impulses, it is designed to interrupt stressful or disruptive patterns and introduce new information that supports greater flexibility, adaptation, and self-regulation.
The process does not depend on you believing in it, maintaining a particular mindset, or having the energy to actively work through everything yourself. This makes it especially valuable during periods of burnout, overwhelm, or when other approaches have only reached part of the picture. Over time, the work may support meaningful changes in how you experience yourself, your history, and the challenges around you.
-
Train the thought patterns and beliefs that shape the world around you.
Mental training is a structured coaching method for strengthening attention, confidence, emotional regulation, and performance. The certified method I offer was originally developed for astronaut training—helping people prepare their mental responses for demanding situations before encountering them in real life.
Through focused, repeated exercises, we practice the state, response, or ability you want to make more readily available. Depending on your goal, this may include visualization, internal language, relaxation or activation, concentration, meditation, and mental rehearsal.
Mental training can support you when preparing for a challenge, changing an established reaction, developing stronger focus or learning to access your abilities more consistently under pressure. Rather than relying on motivation or insight alone, it gives you a practical way to rehearse how you want to think, feel, and respond.
Working with you as a whole
Your experience is not divided neatly into thoughts, emotions and physical reactions. What happens in one area influences the others.
At 369, conversation, body-based feedback and practical therapeutic techniques work together. We look at what you are experiencing, how your system responds, what may be maintaining the difficulty, and which resources can help you move forward.
Each session is personal. I may work with one method or combine several, depending on your situation, your goals, and what becomes relevant during the session.
You are not expected to diagnose yourself or select the correct technique. You book the session; together, we determine the most useful way to work.
Trust and Boundaries
Everything you share is treated as confidential, and we work at a pace that respects your boundaries and consent. This work can sit alongside medical or mental health care, while keeping it grounded, ethical, and focused on your daily experiences.

about me
I’m naturally curious about the human experience. I find life’s struggles fascinating and speckled with moments of beauty. The majority of people are more courageous than they know. My work focuses on holding up a mirror to unlock the sometimes unseen natural abilities of the individual.
I draw from a range of therapeutic tools and adapt each session to what is most relevant in the moment.
I work with adults, children, and adolescents. My approach is calm, attentive, and felt—designed to support clarity, regulation, and stronger self-reliance over time.
