You might be here if…
You feel disconnected from yourself
You feel stuck in patterns you can’t shift
Something big is shifting, but you can’t name it yet
how we work together
Discovery Session — A conversation-led first session to understand what’s shaping your system. We identify key patterns, discuss supportive tools, and define clear next steps.
-
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Long pants are ideal (e.g. yoga pants).
If possible, arrive with a small buffer. A few minutes before and after helps you settle and get more from the work.
A light meal more than an hour beforehand is usually best. Hydrate normally.
Avoid heavy perfume. This is helpful if we use essential oils during your session.

I work primarily in English and German. Depending on your needs, we can also use Spanish, French, or Italian in a simple, functional way.
Where to begin — If you’re unsure where to start, we have tools to help map your system, identify priorities, and choose the most supportive next steps. This takes pressure off the mind and gives us a practical direction from the very first session.
Ongoing sessions — Progress is tracked through changes in body signals, emotional tone, and everyday patterns, which helps guide the focus of each session. Session rhythm is flexible and adjusted to your needs as the process unfolds.
Who is this for — These sessions are for people who feel stressed, stuck, or off-balance and want a structured approach to enable lasting change. It’s a strong fit if you want support that is practical, precise, and tailored to what your system is actually showing.
Trust and Boundaries — Everything you share is treated as confidential, and we work at a pace that respects your boundaries and consent. This work can sit alongside medical or mental health care, while keeping it grounded, ethical, and focused on your daily experiences.
About me
I’m naturally curious about the human experience. I find life’s struggles fascinating and speckled with moments of beauty. The majority of people are more courageous than they know. My work focuses on holding up a mirror to unlock the sometimes unseen natural abilities of the individual.
I draw from a range of therapeutic tools and adapt each session to what is most relevant in the moment.
I work with adults, children, and adolescents. My approach is calm, attentive, and felt—designed to support clarity, regulation, and stronger self-reliance over time.
