LOCATION

A different kind of power. An exploration of feminine strength through the body, breath, and awareness.

Driven by sensation, responsiveness, and internal timing. A space to experience strength that doesn’t rely on force — and to reconnect with a more intuitive way of moving and relating to yourself.

HATHA YOGA FLOW

A 90-minute Hatha Flow rooted in slow, conscious movement and sustained attention.

The practice begins with the grounded presence of the warrioress, using repeated cycles of Kapalbhati to activate the solar plexus and build steady internal heat. From there, it opens into the expanding force of Kali, a symbol of feminine power and expression. A focused exploration that invites you to tap into and begin to embody this strength.

GUIDED MEDITATION

A calming integration to bring attention inward.

The focus shifts from movement to perception—what you feel, where expansion is calling in your life, and how your feminine fire can be supported.

Through guided imagery, you reflect on your experience without needing to change it, internalizing the practice.

FIRE RITUAL

A guided fire ceremony centered on surrender and transformation. You’ll write what feels unexpressed or held—anger, desire, truth—and offer it into the fire. Not to resolve it, but to let it be taken and changed. A direct encounter with intensity, where transformation happens through release of control.

You’re invited to bring a small snack to share. Something simple, something you enjoy—offered as a way of contributing to the space we’re creating together.
