We are building a small and selected team of teachers who care deeply about their craft and the experience they create in the room. Together we are shaping a new kind of wellness space where movement, breath, and therapeutic principles come together to support real change in people’s lives.
369 Movement is a boutique studio that brings together Pilates, yoga, and holistic principles through a unified training philosophy known as the 369 Method. Each class is carefully structured to develop strength, awareness, and nervous system balance while creating a focused and supportive environment for our students.
Who we are
We are recruiting instructors to teach one or more of the 8 signature classes we offer for both Yoga and / or Pilates.
When you join the 369 team, you’ll receive in-house training designed to help you feel confident stepping into the room. We take the time to support our teachers, refine their skills, and build a shared standard of thoughtful, high-quality classes.
You may be a good fit if you:
✔ Are a certified Pilates or Yoga instructor.
✔ Have experience teaching group classes.
✔ Guide students with clarity, structure, and presence.
✔ Feel comfortable cueing breath and movement.
✔ Have a solid understanding of anatomy and alignment.
✔ Offer precise and supportive corrections when needed.
✔ Are curious and open to learning the 369 Method.
