Congratulations on your new home!

This is a beautiful milestone. Whether it’s your first apartment, a new house, or a fresh chapter, it always feels like a blend of chaos, hope, and excitement. And we have exactly what you need.

Move-In

Move-In is a focused starting point designed to bring clarity to the first decisions — a clear direction for your new home, translated into a beautiful, cohesive visual concept. It helps you establish a sense of grounding, flow, and intention from the beginning, so you can move in with confidence and ease — knowing exactly what belongs, where it goes, and how it all works together.

  • This layout intentionally supports how you want to feel and function in your new home. Each zone is thoughtfully defined to align with your goals for work, rest, connection, movement, and recovery. Whether it's creating focus in a workspace, flow in shared areas, or softness in a rest zone, the plan balances flow with emotional clarity, helping your space support your nervous system.

  • A personalized selection of essential furniture pieces chosen for how they support your daily rituals and emotional landscape. Each item is curated with your spatial dimensions, functional needs, and style direction in mind, while also considering your energy patterns.

  • A thoughtful strategy to seamlessly incorporate your existing pieces as anchors of familiarity and meaning in your new space. We evaluate each item for spatial fit, aesthetic harmony, and emotional value, then assign it an intentional place within the new layout. This approach brings continuity to your transition, reduces unnecessary purchases, and ensures that your new home reflects not just a fresh start, but the story you’re continuing to live.

  • A fully itemized shopping list with direct links, retailer information, and pricing for every recommended piece — from foundational furniture to final-layer accents. The list is tailored to your space, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals, with considerations for shipping times, quality, budget, and availability. Whether you're purchasing all at once or in phases, this guide gives you clarity and control, making the process of bringing your new home to life smooth and stress-free.

  • A visual representation of your future space, capturing the overall feeling through curated images of materials, shapes, textures, tones, and forms. These boards serve as the emotional compass of your project — helping you (and any collaborators) stay connected to the look and feel of your new home as we move into execution.

  • A layered lighting plan that enhances both the usability and mood of the space. This includes guidance on fixture placement, warmth and tone of light, dimming functionality, and how to use lighting to define zones, highlight features, and soften edges. Lighting is treated not just as utility, but as a key part of emotional comfort and visual balance.

  • A refined selection of paint colors, material tones, and accent hues that bring cohesion and mood to your space. The palette is designed to support both emotional wellbeing and visual harmony, whether you're looking for calm, vibrancy, contrast, or softness — and it integrates beautifully with your furniture plan and natural lighting.

  • Detailed 2D layouts paired with 3D views of your living space, allowing you to clearly visualize the final design before implementation. The 3D renderings help you experience the flow, depth, and atmosphere of your new home, while the 2D drawings serve as a practical guide for placing furniture, rugs, and decor with confidence.

  • Guidance on the finishing touches that bring soul and completeness to your home — from art placement and lighting layers to textiles, shelf styling, and personal items. This styling direction ensures each zone of your space feels not only beautiful but emotionally resolved and ready to support your life.

BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION

Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment

The process begins with a free, in-person or virtual consultation in which you share your wishes, needs, and vision for your project. We discuss the project goals, how the space will be used, budget, timeline, scope of services, and the overall process.

THE PROCESS

Concept Development & Planning

After the initial consultation, we develop a tailored design solution from Space analysis and Design concept to implementation and after sales service.

Presentation & Refinements

We present the first design concept to you. In this phase, you can provide feedback. We refine the design and furnishing proposal according to your wishes and, if needed, organize joint visits to furniture stores.

Project Management & Implementation

Once you approve the concept, we move into execution:

Procurement and delivery: Furniture, accessories, materials, and any required trades work are ordered or commissioned on your behalf.

Project coordination: If renovations, remodels, or installations are required (e.g., electrical work, painting, furniture assembly), the interior design team—or, depending on project scope, an external site manager—coordinates the relevant specialists.

On-Site Styling & Setup

Finally, we furnish and style the space on site. This includes delivery, furniture assembly, placement of all furniture and accessories, and a final quality check.

Questions you might have

  • Nothing special. This is a discovery call to get to know each other and understand what your space needs to support. I will guide the conversation and draw out the priorities, patterns, and possibilities.

  • There are no “small” projects. We support everything from a single room refresh to full-home design, renovations, and new builds. Whether you’re settling in, rebuilding after a life shift, or refining what you already love, we meet the project at the level that best supports your day-to-day rhythm and the way you want to live in the space.

  • Yes. We design commercial spaces with the same holistic lens: layout flow, sensory load, lighting, materials, and the emotional clarity a space creates for clients, guests, and teams. The goal is an environment that strengthens your brand and supports the people who move through it—every day.

  • Style clarity is part of the work. Through conversation, observation, and a structured discovery process, we identify what you’re drawn to and why—then translate it into a coherent direction that fits your real life. Your space should reflect you, not a trend cycle or what an algorithm says you “should” want.

  • We are based in Zürich and Zug and work across Switzerland.

  • Yes. We offer remote consultations and full-scale projects when distance is a factor. We use a clear digital process for measurements, presentations, approvals, and sourcing—so the work stays precise and collaborative wherever you are. For on-site needs, we can travel or coordinate with local partners depending on the scope.

  • Yes—if you want us to. We can manage sourcing, ordering, shipping coordination, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution (damages, delays, replacements) so you don’t have to carry the operational load.

  • Yes. When trade pricing is available through our partner brands (including Bolia, Ethnicraft, Prostoria, and others), we pass the discount directly to you. You’ll see the reduced pricing clearly, and we handle the ordering and coordination. Availability and discount levels can vary by brand and product, and some promotions may not be stackable—so we always confirm the best applicable pricing before purchase.
