Part I — Clear the Noise
The Ritual of Inner Knowing
White Sage + Purple Sinuata
I.
Light the sage bundle and allow the flame to burn for a few moments before gently blowing it out.
Watch as the first ribbons of smoke begin to rise.
For a moment, do nothing.
II.
There is a difference between the voice of the world and the voice of your own knowing. One is loud and urgent. The other is patient. It does not chase. It waits.
III.
Slowly move through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, across doorways, and around the places where you spend the most time.
IV.
As you do, imagine the smoke carrying away the noise that does not belong to you. The expectations and opinions of others.
V.
With each breath, repeat silently:
I release the noise.
I create space for clarity.
VI.
When you feel complete, place the sage safely aside and sit quietly for a few moments.
Notice what remains when the noise begins to settle..
Part II — Hear the Whisper
Palo Santo
I.
Light a stick of Palo Santo and allow its warm fragrance to fill the room. Move slowly.
This is not a moment of seeking.
This is a moment of listening.
II.
As the scent unfolds through the space, bring your attention to your breath.
Imagine that beneath every thought, beneath every plan, beneath every fear, there is a deeper current moving through you. A knowing. A wisdom.
A part of you that has always known the way.
III.
Walk through your space carrying the Palo Santo and ask: If I already knew the answer, what would it be?
IV.
Do not force a response.
Allow the question to rest within you.
Some answers arrive as words.
Others arrive as feelings.
Trust whatever comes.
V.
When finished, place the Palo Santo aside and remain still for a few breaths.
Part III — The Oracle Within
SELENITE
I.
We spend so much of life looking outward for signs. This ritual is an invitation to remember that wisdom has its own home within you.
II.
Dim the lights - Hold your selenite in both hands.
Sit somewhere comfortable and take seven slow breaths.
III.
Imagine yourself standing before an ancient doorway. - Beyond it is a room containing every answer you have ever searched for.
IV.
The door opens and you step inside.
At the center of the room is a single object waiting for you. - Do not force an image.
Allow it to appear naturally.
Notice its shape and texture
Its meaning.
V.
When you are ready, ask:
What do I most need to understand right now?
Remain in stillness.
VI.
When you open your eyes, write down anything you experienced. No matter how small.
Place the selenite somewhere visible.
Over the coming days, return to your notes and observe what unfolds.
Some messages arrive all at once.
Others reveal themselves slowly.
