This session is your space to slow down, let go, and reconnect — with yourself, your body, and your inner clarity.
We’ll guide you through a simple yet powerful breathing technique done lying down, with music and gentle support to help you release stress, shift emotional blocks, and feel more present in your body.
You don’t need any experience — just comfortable clothes, water, and an optional journal.
This is a safe, welcoming space. You’ll be supported every step of the way, and there’s no pressure to do anything “right.” Just breathe, and let whatever needs to move, move.
We recommend avoiding heavy meals 1–2 hours before and staying hydrated throughout the day.
This method uses a dynamic breathwork technique to access Holotropic and transpersonal states, guiding you through three natural phases: activation, exploration, and release. Lying down in a safe and supported space, you’ll be invited to move beyond the thinking mind and into deeper layers of the body, memory, and self. The experience is held gently and with care — trauma-informed, clearly guided, and limited to an intimate group on only 12 people for a more personal journey.

How to Prepare for the Workshop
To help you feel safe, supported, and ready to receive, please keep the following in mind:
The session begins with a short guided preparation to help you arrive and ground. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before the session. A light snack is okay.
Stay well hydrated throughout the day.
