Through therapeutic movement, breathwork, mobility, longer-held postures, and mindful awareness

if you find yourself holding tension in your shoulders, neck, jaw, hips, or lower back. You may notice headaches, fatigue, stiffness, restricted breathing, or the feeling that your body never fully relaxes.

Emotionally, it can feel like frustration, pressure, sadness, disappointment, overwhelm, or simply the sense that there is too much sitting beneath the surface.

Many people continue functioning well while carrying all of this. They meet responsibilities, solve problems, support others, and keep moving forward.
