Your body is a network of pathways where breath, energy, and emotion move together. When those pathways are closed, you notice it as stiffness, fatigue, or emotional heaviness. At 369, we teach you how to work open that system, you move with more range and control, your mind feels clearer, and you feel alive in your body.

You’ll learn how to release what your body has been holding, build strength, and use breath and focused awareness to shift how you feel.
